This StoneSet Heritage was installed on 28/3/16.
StoneSet used a quarried stone bound with StoneSets’ premium polyurethane resin. This mix has been used for more than 10 years across all states, by Australia’s longest running porous paving company.
StoneSet were engaged to provide a natural stone solution for a large area out the front of Admiralty House (official residence of the Governor-General of Australia).
Being such an historical site and frequented by visitors of great importance, the use of stone was specified, but wanting a low maintenance solution for such a large area, StoneSet was appointed.
In honour of such an important Job, StoneSet commissioned a special blend “Kirribilli Red” which was used being adjacent to Kirribilli House, which is the Sydney official residence of the Australian Prime Minister.

Resin bound stone is not one of the first things that comes to mind when looking for Heritage ideas and particularly when paving over existing hard surfaces. You can read more detail on Heritages we’ve done and see photos of these projects here.
